The agreement
These terms cover the use of this website, porchlightfineart.com, operated by Porch Light Studio in Austin, Texas. Using the site means you accept them. Questions reach a person at inquiries@porchlightfineart.com.
Age
This site presents fine art figure photography, and parts of it sit behind an age gate. By entering the gated areas you affirm that you are at least 18 years old. Every person photographed by the studio is an adult, verified by photo ID before any session.
The photographs
Every photograph on this site is the copyrighted work of Porch Light Studio. Copying, reproducing, scraping, or using the images to train machine learning systems is not permitted without written permission.
The people in the photographs appear with documented consent under a signed release, at the publication tier they chose. How that works is stated plainly on the Privacy & Security page.
Applications and bookings
Submitting the application form starts a conversation; it is not a booking, and it obligates neither side. Sessions are formed only by a written plan and a signed release, which together are the agreement that governs a shoot. If these terms and a signed release ever differ, the release wins.
Your data
The application form collects what it shows: a name or working name, an email, and what you write. The site sets two functional cookies: one that remembers an 18+ confirmation and one that remembers site access; there are no advertising trackers and no social pixels. Payments
No payments run through this site today. When they do, the amount, what it covers, and the refund terms will be stated in writing before you pay, and card details will be handled by the payment processor, never stored here.
The site itself
The site is provided as is. Content may change, move behind a gate, or come down; published work is also subject to the good-faith takedown practice described on the Privacy & Security page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, with venue in Travis County. If a change is ever made to this page, the date below changes with it.
